Yes. The ring bit is constructed from rust-resistant stainless steel designed to withstand barn conditions, weather exposure, and frequent use without corrosion or tarnishing.
What sizes does the Hilason ring snaffle bit come in?
Available in five mouth widths: 4.5, 4.75, 5.5, 6, and 7 inches. Measure your horse's current bit or consult a fitting guide to select the correct size for optimal comfort and control.
What is the sweet iron dog bone roller and why does it matter?
The sweet iron roller is a mouthpiece element that encourages natural salivation and promotes bit acceptance in horses. This makes the bit feel more comfortable and responsive, leading to smoother training sessions and better communication between rider and horse.
Can this snaffle bit be used for competition?
Yes. This horse ring bit is designed for training, schooling, and competition across multiple western and general riding disciplines. Check your specific competition rules regarding snaffle bit specifications before entering events.
