Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have a strong return and refund policy designed to only cover the costs incurred during the process, ensuring a fair transaction for everyone.

  • Returns:

    • Items can be returned only if they do not fit or have a manufacturing fault.

    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and show no signs of use.

    • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item.

    • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

    • The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Exchanges:

    • Exchanges can be made if the item is unused and shows no signs of damage.

    • Exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item.

    • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both to and from our location) for an exchange.

  • SPECIAL NOTE:
    For Authorized Resellers and Wholesale Accounts: A different return policy applies. Please contact your Hilason Representative at sales@hilason.com for specific instructions.
