At Hilason, we take pride in providing top-tier protection for your horses and livestock. Due to hygiene, bio-security, and the specific nature of equine gear, the following policies apply to all blanket and flysheet purchases:

1. Final Sale Policy

All Animal Winter Blankets and Flysheets are FINAL SALE items.

• No Returns | No Exchanges | No Refunds

• Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size, weight, and design are selected prior to purchase. If you are unsure of your horse’s measurements, please consult our sizing guides or contact us for assistance before ordering.

2. Flysheet Neck Cover Disclosure

Please note that a neck cover is not a guaranteed standard component and may vary in fit, style, or inclusion depending on the specific model.

• Complimentary Accessory: If a neck cover is included, it is considered a complimentary accessory.

• Non-Replaceable: Because it is a promotional addition, the specific fit or inclusion of a neck cover is not grounds for a return, refund, or exchange of the primary flysheet.

3. Manufacturing Defects

We maintain strict quality control; however, if you believe you have received an item with a legitimate manufacturing defect:

• Reporting: You must notify us via email at sales@hilason.com within 5 business days of delivery or purchase, whichever is later.

• Required Info: Please provide your order number and clear photos of the defect.

• Company Discretion: Any resolution, including potential replacement, is at the sole discretion of the company and is not guaranteed. This policy does not cover damage caused by the animal, improper fit, or normal wear and tear.
