Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have a strong return and refund policy designed to only cover the costs incurred during the process, ensuring a fair transaction for everyone.

Returns:

Items can be returned only if they do not fit or have a manufacturing fault.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and show no signs of use.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

Exchanges can be made if the item is unused and shows no signs of damage.
