How to Become a Dealer

We require no minimum orders, no signup fee and Solid Dealer Discounts to ensure your business makes money. However, all prospective dealers must meet certain criteria and requirements in order to be considered. If you are interested in becoming an Authorized Dealer of any of the Hilason Line of products and accessories, please read through the following information and see if you meet the minimum requirements. Upon approval, we allow an open account with a purchase order for net 30 terms, Credit Card or COD orders. Dealers receive free displays as they become available. All unused items are returnable at any time for full credit or refund. Inventory balancing is always available if needed. Our Process is simple: To order, just fill out the order form online or print and fax it to us. After approval of your order, we will contact you to verify and craft your unique order, once complete we will ship your order immediately. Qualifications (all required):
1. Must have a Storefront / Business location / Mobile Dealer, must show proof of business or provide proof of participation in a minimum number of shows and/or qualified rides per year.,
2. Must submit two (2) photos of business or booth setup.
-Interior of business
-Exterior of business (showing storefront and/or sign)
-Mobile units need to submit photos of working vehicle and/or mobile/booth display.
-Must complete required New Dealer Qualification Questionnaire and Hilason Dealership Agreement upon qualification.
3. Opening order of $1000.00 or more.
4. Maintain minimum of $1000.00 Hilason Products purchase each year to maintain an active account.
5. Forms and photos can be mailed, faxed or emailed to us for your convenience.
