Shipping & Delivery
We offer combined shipping to help you save on costs. If you purchase multiple items at the same time, the shipping cost is calculated as follows:
Total Shipping Cost = The highest shipping cost among all items + half the cost of the other items.

Shipping Times: Orders paid for via PayPal or credit card are shipped within 24-48 hours (weekends and holidays are excluded). Payments made by check will be shipped only after the check clears, which normally takes about 10 business days. For faster service, we recommend paying with a credit card or PayPal.

Domestic Shipments: Items are shipped via UPS and normally take between 5-7 business days for delivery within the 48 continental states. All US shipments include a tracking number, which is emailed to you once your order is ready to ship. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this notification.

Insurance: Insurance is provided at the buyer's choice and is charged separately.

Local Pickup: You may pick up your order from our Texas location. We do not accept third-party courier services for pickup.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers worldwide. Please be aware that the shipping cost is an estimate and may vary. We only charge for the shipping and handling costs that we incur, and the final price depends on several factors at the time of shipment, including:

If the amount you paid for shipping is less than the actual shipping cost, your order will be held until the remaining balance is paid.
Please Note: Any additional charges related to customs, duties, fees, taxes (including VAT), or import charges are not included in your total and are not a fee from us. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

Returns & Replacements
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and we believe in providing 5-star service. We have a strong return and refund policy to ensure you feel confident and satisfied with your order. Our policies are designed to cover the costs incurred during the return process.

Returns: We will only accept returns if the item does not fit or if there is a manufacturing fault. The item must be unused, undamaged, and show no signs of use. The return must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee. The final amount refunded will exclude the original shipping cost, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Exchanges: Items can also be exchanged if the returned item is undamaged and shows no signs of being used. The item must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving it. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both to and from our location) for an exchange.
