How much will I have to pay for shipping?
Every item has its own shipping that is based on its weight and volume. We do provide combined shipping if you buy multiple items. This is calculated at the time of checkout. Unless stated as part of a special promotion, we do not provide free shipping as our prices are already reduced. We also bear responsibilities for any taxes that may incur if orders are shipped anywhere within the US.
How do you ship & how quickly will I receive my order?
We ship UPS Ground to all destinations in the Lower 48 States of US unless otherwise is requested. All of our items are shipped with 24-48hrs from your purchase date if available in stock. Transit time to anywhere in the USA is between 3-5 business days. All international orders are shipped via USPS as first priority and then UPS if the weight or volume is outside the limits of USPS.
Will I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
You will not have to pay sales tax and/or any duty charges if shipping destination is within the lower 48 states of the United States. We do not bear responsiblity for any international orders. All taxes and duties will have to be paid by you on receiving the goods or notices from the shipping company.
What types of payment do you accept?

Can I delay the shipment of my order?
Yes. To place an order with a delayed shipping date its best that you call us to place your order, and our customer representative will better assist you with all available shipping dates.
What happens if my order arrives and I’m not happy with it?
3 Working Day Hassle FREE returns; If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund, or an exchange. We offer hassle free returns, simply call us @ (281) 656-5224 OR (888) 445-2766 (9:00am-5:00pm CST Mon-Fri) to obtain RMA # (return merchandise authorization) for your return. You may be subject to a 9% restocking fee in addition to the shipping to and fro. If it is an exhcange, there will be no restocking fee but the shipping charges to and fro.
